Shipping

Returns
Merchandise is returnable for credit only with prior authorization from Latham and Phillips Ophthalmic Products Inc. It is recommended that all shipments to Latham and Phillips Ophthalmic Products Inc. be made via UPS, prepaid and insured for full value. Please clean and disinfect all products prior to returning.
No returns after 30 days. There is a 15% restocking fee for merchandise returned after 15 days.
