Haag-Streit OM 900 Ophthalmometer

The Haag-Streit OM 900® Ophthalmometer uses a classical distance independent measuring principle which meets the three requirements of Helmholtz:
•  The size of the mire image is independent of the distance between the Ophthalmometer and the measured object.
•  The resulting measurements are independent of the distance between the Ophthalmometer and the measured object.
•  The measurements are independent of the quality of focussing and are not negatively affected by the accommodation of the user.

Meets the latest IEC 601-1 norms

Two different test patterns - Javal or Cross mark can be used, switching from one to the other easily with just the touch of a lever.

The following measurements are possible with the OM 900

•  Central corneal radii
•  A choice of sagittal radii either in 20°, 25° or 30°
•  Meridional radii in 30°L_atham_and_P_hillips

The integrated software calculates and displays the following

•  Central corneal astigmatismus
•  Sagittal radii
•  Meridional radii
•  Eccentricities
•  The difference between the eccentricities of sagittal radii and meridional radii in 301
•  All of which can be transferred to a printer or PC (both optional extras)

User calibration

The OM 900 can be user-specifically calibrated, thus eliminating subjective systematic measuring errors.

Easy Use

Up-to-date design allows measurement setting at the ocular and measurement values to be given at the press of a button.
