The Double Aspheric 78D is an excellent general diagnostic and laser treatment lens offering an ideal .93x image magnification and wide 97° dynamic field of view. It is optimally designed for use within the range of motion of all slit lamps.
Volk's 60D, 78D and 90D fundus lenses have established slit lamp indirect ophthalmoscopy as a standard diagnostic procedure for comprehensive fundus evaluation. Along with the 20D, these are the lenses that put Volk on the map. Unique polynomial aspheric designs, exclusive to Volk, provide incomparably clear, wide angle fundus viewing ideal for static and dynamic fundoscopy.
